Program Manager L3 (Athletics)
The Program Manager works with many levels of Georgia Tech Development and Athletic Association (GTAA) leadership and staff to manage the Alexander-Tharpe Fund (A-T Fund) efforts based on industry best practices; works as the single point of contact for facilitation and communication of program goals, deliverables, and schedules, and must be an excellent communicator; various levels of documentation will be produced at each stage of the program and the program manager is often the person who creates these with input from others.

Associate Athletics Director - Development Operations
The Associate Athletics Director Development Operations will oversee and help plan and implement a comprehensive fundraising operation measured against competitive peer groups, the Atlantic Coast Conference and other Power 5 institutions. Specifically, the individual will have oversight of day-to-day operations, communications, stewardship, and events, and work in tandem with the GT Athletics fundraising team. Will establish operational excellence and efficiencies that support the GT Athletics fundraising team. This role will manage the relationship between the Alexander Tharpe Team and other campus units and will serve as a presence in the absence of the Executive Director for all internal meetings. This role will partner with the Office of Developments Donor Experience and Operations team to ensure compliance with Office of Development and USG policies and procedures related to events, communications, stewardship opportunities, and operational plans. The Associate AD for Operations will serve as the primary contact for Alexander-Tharpe Board Members, and will have managerial oversight of Business Operations, Stewardship, and Events.

Associate Director of Development (ChBE and MSE)
Front-line development officer responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of a coordinated program of fundraising activities, leveraging the counsel and support of a seasoned development director serving as team leader and supervisor. Uses professional relationship building skills to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift donors and prospective donors capable of making gifts of $25,000 or more. Support special events to involve and cultivate major gift donors and prospects. Identifies stewardship opportunities for major gift donors. Collaborates with deans, school chairs, and faculty, and coordinates with other development and alumni relations staff. This role provides an opportunity to broaden knowledge of fundraising approaches. This position is expected to contribute to team results while building long term, meaningful donor relationships. Typically solicits gifts in the range of $25,000 to $250,000 and is accountable for raising up to $750,000 per year. Manages a prospect pool of up to 200 prospects.

The Director of Development I, Library & Undergraduate Education, serves as a front-line development officer responsible for planning and implementing a coordinated program of fundraising activities. This role utilizes professional relationship-building skills to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift prospects, establishing and effectively managing relationships with significant donors. The Director will collaborate with the events team by participating in and supporting special events designed to engage and cultivate major gift prospects. Director of Development II (ChBE and MSE)
The Director of Development II, School of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering and School of Materials Science & Engineering will be an experienced and successful fundraiser responsible for planning and implementing a coordinated program of fundraising activities. The Director will use advanced relationship-building skills to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major and principal gift prospects, including individuals, corporations, and/or foundations. This position will establish and effectively manage relationships with critical, high-profile prospects. The Director will design and implement strategic fundraising plans as well as manage special events to involve and cultivate prospects. The Director will collaborate with deans and faculty, and coordinates with other development and alumni relations staff. This position will be required to identify stewardship opportunities for major donors and may service complex fundraising markets or regions. Typically, this position solicits gifts in the range of $100,000 to $5 million and manages a portfolio size (average annual fundraising accountability) of $2.5 million to $3.5 million. The prospect pool managed is up to 150 prospects. This position will interact on a regular basis with major and principal donors and prospective donors. This position typically will advise and counsel: Deans, school chairs, faculty, academic unit and program leadership, unit volunteer leadership, and other development officers. Director of Gift Planning
The Director of Development, Gift Planning will secure philanthropic support for Georgia Tech by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding planned gifts from individuals and organizations. This role requires expertise in a variety of gift planning methods and techniques, as well as knowledge of diverse funding assets, including cash, publicly traded stock, municipal bonds, real estate, privately held stock, personal property (such as art), and life insurance. The Director will design and implement strategies to engage prospective donors, tailoring gift plans to meet both donor interests and the needs of the Institute.

Director of Prospect Research
The Director of Prospect Research in the Office of Development (DEV), in partnership with the AVP of Operations and Services and the Director of Prospect Management, plans, leads, implements and coordinates all elements of the Research function, including advising on and determining goals, resources, standards, strategies and tactics for prospect identification, rating, description and summarization; they are responsible for budget planning as well as supervision and thoughtful professional development of Research staff and their work. They and their team identify and evaluate major and principal gift prospects for strategic engagement and philanthropic support of Georgia Tech. They conduct and review detailed research using on-line databases, in-house data, and other reference sources. They design, create, and review written reports compiling and synthesizing this information, and oversee appropriate dissemination and presentation based on audience and situation. They use prospecting tools such as screening, data modeling, and alerts to build prospect pools and identify targeted groups in line with the needs identified by Prospect Management. They provide analysis and recommend suitable strategies for prospects in relation to institutional fundraising opportunities, and partner with the Director of Prospect Management to ensure identified prospects are placed into and moved along the pipeline.

Senior Director of Regional Development
The Senior Director of Regional Development will plan and implement a coordinated program of fundraising activities. This role will establish fundraising goals and oversee staff activities related to the identification, evaluation, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of prospective major and principal gift donors. The Senior Director will oversee the quality and quantity of major gift activity within the assigned region or unit and take strategic action to increase both. This position will establish and effectively manage relationships with the most critical and highest-profile prospects and will manage special events designed to engage and cultivate prospective donors.
