Gifts and commitments for unrestricted purposes are directed to the Office of the President to be used where the opportunity may be the greatest in any given year.
Unrestricted gifts may be directed to:
- Permanent endowment
- Expendable purposes, to be used in the year in which the gift is given
- Roll Call, Tech's annual fund

Roll Call Annual Support
Roll Call, administered by the Alumni Association, provides unrestricted support across the Institute for scholarships, academic programs, student life initiatives, and many other opportunities for Tech students.
